Alumni

When you enrol at William Carey Christian School you become part of a special community who not only learn together but care for each other. We would love this to continue after graduation. As our school is almost 35 years old, we have former students spread far and wide undertaking a variety of worthwhile careers, including raising families, moving overseas or continuing with higher academic studies.

Some of our alumni experiences:

I had been part of WCCS since 2007 and the highlights since then was having the best teachers in history, science, English, art and geography. Great experience with my peers and having great excursions too. I’ve just completed my masters in social work (qualifying) with western Sydney University and super stoked I made it this far. William Carey will always have a special place in my heart.

Our school has a really good support system. I always felt like I had someone to talk to. I also loved how the teachers became my friends as I grew into my senior years. Musicals were also a highlight. And the staff at the student office are amazing. I loved my time at Carey.

After Christ and my family, William Carey, and my experiences therein, have completely, entirely and eternally shaped my identity and who I am today. For 13 years I saw so many different individuals who made up the Carey community continually teach, serve, love and sacrifice, and it was in their displays of selflessness that have led me to discovering how beautiful a life of service can be. I am forever grateful and indebted to this school community and can't help but smile every time I think of my time at Carey.
